Spaces for rent

There are newly reconstructed rental spaces at the west wing of the monastery, which can be used for organizing cultural and social events. Sightseeing tours to see the object’s imposing architecture are possible by appointment.

Refectory

This room with its 80 seats is suitable for organizing social and cultural events -  especially wedding ceremonies or concerts. There are theater performances and other festive meetings being hosted here. The room benefits from a great piano, which can be played at during meetings.

Small meeting room – a lounge

This room has 30 seats and it is suitable for social gatherings, but can also be used for organizing lectures or seminars. Thanks to its very special atmosphere the lounge can be used for more intimate events, such as i.e. poetry reading evenings.

Large meeting room

Capacity of this meeting room is 64 seats. This room is suitable for educational purposes as well as for presentations and conferences, seminars, lectures and training courses of all kinds. There are also presentation tools ready for use like i.e.: beamer and projection screen, microphones and a flipchart.

Prices as shown are including VAT.

For any free-entry charitable and cultural events for citizens that will not be organized for the purpose of sale or promotion, the rent is free.

Any events with voluntary admission will be charged 20% of the rental price and 25% of the sum collected on voluntary admissions, both payable into town’s account.

Non-profit organizations, whose founder is the Town of Příbor, will be charged 50% of the rent specified in the current price list.

For all events organized by the Town Příbor or in collaboration with the Town Příbor, rent remains free. A decision, as to if town is organizing or co-organizing the given event, will be taken by the Head of Public Administration Department or by the Head of Development Department.

Long term rentals will be dealt with individually by the Municipal Authority / Head of Public Administration Department of Příbor.

Any exceptions from the valid price list must be approved by the Town Council, therefore submitting application in a written form is required minimum three weeks prior to the planned event.

 

This price list is valid from the 1st of January, 2014.
